To inspire new generations and broaden understanding of the airport industry, OMA has a program that allows schools, NGOs, and universities to visit our airports and learn about our operations and the role airports play in mobility and connectivity. In 2025, 12 airports participated in the program.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Aware that addressing community issues requires a joint effort, OMA has developed a methodology for engaging with civil society. We identify organizations that work directly with vulnerable groups and develop engagement plans that facilitate employee participation.<\/p>

In 2025, we organized 6 volunteering activities across our airports positively impacting 580 beneficiaries. These initiatives were supported by the dedication and participation of 65 OMA volunteers, contributing to a significant increase in the number of beneficiaries reached during the year.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

OMA is actively working to establish principles for measuring the socioeconomic impact of its projects and donations. Through its in-kind and cash donation program, the Company supports a wide range of social causes and contributes to the well-being of the communities where it operates.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To contribute to the cultural and social development of the communities surrounding its operations, passengers, and the public, OMA organizes and supports artistic and cultural activities throughout its airport network.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Mexico is rich in traditions, and at OMA we are committed to celebrating and promoting cultural heritage. Observing national and international commemorative days also raises awareness among our employees and strengthens our organizational culture and values.<\/p>


In 2025, a variety of recreational activities and commemorative events were held across our airports, reaching 1,181 employees.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In line with its commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the UN Global Compact, OMA established a partnership with UNICEF to support face-to-face communication, awareness, and fundraising campaigns at the airports of Chihuahua, Monterrey, San Luis Potos\u00ed, and Torre\u00f3n.<\/p>


Campaigns took place in both public and gate areas between January and December 2025. UNICEF ambassadors provided information about the organization\u2019s global programs and encouraged passengers and visitors to become monthly donors, helping children and adolescents around the world access safer, healthier, and more equitable living conditions.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

As part of OMA\u2019s commitment to inclusion and community development, we carried out initiatives to support vulnerable populations, including the provision of medical supplies and financial assistance for health services.<\/p>
